Total Privacy
Your location data is stored strictly on your local device. We cannot see where you drive, and we don't upload anything unless you explicitly consent to fulfilling a request.
Transparent Pricing
ClaireSight charges a flat 20% platform fee on each bounty to cover infrastructure, payment processing, and fraud prevention. The remaining 80% goes directly to you — compensation for your time spent locating, extracting, and uploading the footage.

Anti-Stalking Protections
Requests are rate-limited to 3 per day and 10 per week per account. Our system detects geographic overlap patterns — multiple requests tracing a commute route or clustering around a residence will be automatically flagged and blocked.
Time Constraints
All requests must specify a past incident time within the last 72 hours. Requests cannot be placed for future times, and the incident must be at least 1 hour in the past — preventing real-time location tracking.
Requester Anonymity
Drivers never see who made a request — only the area, time window, and bounty amount. The requester's identity is never shared with anyone except ClaireSight's moderation team.
Purpose Declaration
Every request requires a stated purpose — accident evidence, insurance, journalism, or rare event documentation. Requests without a clear purpose or with suspicious patterns are flagged for manual review.
To maintain trust, ClaireSight utilizes automated EXIF metadata verification and cryptographic GPS hashing. All footage undergoes a low-resolution blurred preview verification by the requester before escrowed payments are released via Stripe. Payments are held in escrow for 7 days, giving requesters time to review footage and file a dispute if needed. Fraudulent uploads result in immediate network bans and forfeiture of funds.
Dispute & Refund Policy. Requesters have a 7-day window after purchase to file a dispute if the video is AI-generated, from the wrong location or time, or otherwise unusable. Our team reviews all disputes within 48 hours. If approved, the escrowed payment is refunded to the requester. Drivers with repeated valid disputes may face account restrictions.
Privacy is our utmost concern. We reserve the right to block requests if unusual patterns are observed that might suggest tracking, stalking, or surveillance of individuals. All footage requests are subject to review and moderation.
